“The bathroom door on the bedroom side could not lock so basically when any of us had to use the toilet we had to announce it to the other family members for privacy. ”

“Expedia website indicated airport shuttle was included. The hotel called for a taxi, but we ended up footing the bill! Also noted that there was no attendant in the lobby one of the evenings there -a couple travelers were trying to check in but couldn't reach staff. Staff who we encountered were very courteous. The room was fine, but there was no safe which I feel is necessary especially in a city. We did not use the pool or go to the restaurant so I cannot comment on those. ”
