“The spa bath was difficult for an older person to get into for a shower. i accidently made the same booking twice and was unable to get a refund even though i had the booking insured. very disappointing.”

It it stunningly beautiful, the rooms are comfortable with large 4-poster beds, lounges, spa baths, air con, block-out drapes, etc. the location is awesome, walking distance to the river, Main Street cafes and shops, the Great Western Pub, etc. loved our time at this hotel. ”

“The room we stayed in was tidy and clean. It had a fridge, microwave and kettle which is very convenient especially if you’re doing road trips. They also offer some breakfast items at the reception before you need to go to room which again very convenient. ”
