“Very nicely done property on Long Island, literally minutes off of the LIE. Bed was very comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet, hosts also very quiet. This location was ideal and very cute. Tall ceiling helped to make it feel larger than just one room. Loved the large walk-in shower. Host was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and very accommodating regarding late night check-in. Highly recommend and will consider this location first for our next trip to LI.”

“This place was one of the best parts of my stay on LI. It is tucked away on a beautiful stretch of property but still close to central locations making it easy to go out for provisions. I "gifted" myself a stay here as a single-mother and former art maker. This was the first time I painted in 10+ years, the environment and the energy filled my cup to overflowing! “4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”

“My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities.”

He or his staff hold the right to enter the property for weekly maintenance during your stay so please let him in. He also wants a copy of all guests government IDs. No other person allow in the property. Specifically no gathering at all. He holds the right to ask you to leave without refund if he finds something broken. You might be asked for credit card or cash...

Mark was available for all of our questions when we arrived. the location was amazing. the home is bright and airy, all beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and updated. “The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”

“We were so very happy with this lovely home that we rented for a week. This lovely home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. The two bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom made it very convenient. Our family loved the screened-in patio, the large fenced yard with lights along the stoned path to a fire pit. This home is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood close to the beach.”
