    Located on a deep water boat accessible canal.

    Ground floor of a 2 Story House - 2 bedrooms, plus office/sleep area, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6: Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. Second bedroom has a full size bed, and third bedroom has Queen size bed. Linens, and towels are provided.

    Appliances included are Central Air Conditioning, 50" TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and garbage bags.

    Screened porch out back, Lounging area, Weber gas BBQ, Outdoor shower and bar. Beach Chairs & boogie boards for beach, Outdoor games, Parking for 2 Cars

    Walk over the bridge to the beautiful Ocean Beach. Free Summer Concerts every night in the summer. Other nearby activities: Riverhead Tanger Outlets, Fire Island/Dune Road beaches, Atlantis Marine Aquarium, Quogue Wildlife Sanctuary, Splish-splash Water Park, Golf, Miniature golf, Wineries, Antiquing.

    Smith Point, Long Island NY - on the Fire Island barrier beach, is a haven for sportsmen and families - the county's largest oceanfront park - offers protected area swimming, scuba diving, surfing, saltwater fishing, camping, outer beach 4 wheel drive access, food concession with bar, playground, showers, & special events.

    Small dogs (under 25 lbs.) will be permitted but cannot be left unattended. An outdoor fenced in area is available.

Steps away

What a great place. Dennis was great to work with, space was as described and kitchen was fully stocked. Short walk from an amazing beach kids had a blast fishing.

A wonderful place to stay! Right on the water and close to the beach. Dennis and Maria were friendly, kind, and welcoming. I'd stay here again any time!

Lovely stay

The property is clean and it great working order with everything you need for your stay. Aceess to Smith Point Beach is easy we fished and had time in the sun while visiting with family and friends. The owners are kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Parents weekend USMMA

Could not have asked for a better place to get our MIdshipmen away from the USMMA . But still be close enough for visits to the Accademy. House and location are great. Would visit again.

Wow!!

What a wonderful visit on the water. Dennis and Maria are super gracious, generous and welcoming. The place is spotless, so pretty and super quiet. I found it also a terrific place to both work and relax. Definitely recommend!!

Family/Beach Visit

This place was perfect! Nicely appointed and clean and comfortable for my family of 4 and our pup. We enjoyed the deck and walks around the quiet neighborhood. Dennis and Maria are great hosts. Kitchen had everything we could want or need! The beach is just over the bridge and you can easily get to the ocean. Hope to go back and stay there and spend more time at the beach. The back deck is so relaxing beautiful views!

We live in Virginia and family live in NYC. This was an excellent location to have the family get together for a weekend. Close to the beach, on the water in the back, wonderful amenities. The kitchen was the envy of everyone who came and we enjoyed several family meals both inside and on the back deck. Dennis and Maria were both great hosts too. I’m sure everyone who came will have great memories of the event.

Großartige Basis für Strandurlaub

Großzügiges Haus mit toller Terrasse am Wasser! Da die Eigentümer selbst in dem Haus leben, wenn es nicht vermietet ist, ist vor allem die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen dann im Dachgeschoss. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist in der Gegend eine Rarität, in Fußgängerentfernung zum Strand zu sein, der traumhafte Sandstrand ist in gut 15 Min zu erreichen. Dem Ort fehlt leider ein kleines Zentrum mit netten Cafés, dazu muss man in die Hamptons fahren. Danke für eine wunderschöne Woche!

Magical Mastic

This was a very clean and well equipped rental, besides being in a in an amazing location. We were able to paddleboard and also enjoyed the beach immensely. We could walk to the beach and Smith point is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and I have been to many. The rental had beach equipment and anything we needed in the kitchen .

Great Stay

All previous reviews are very accurate. The house was very clean and well stocked and the owners were around and extremely accommodating. The location is just a short drive or walk to Smiths Point Beach. Thank you!

Wonderful!

We loved this wonderful Mastic Beach home! It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful, well stocked, modern kitchen. We had everything we needed for our stay, Plus more! The screened-in porch and deck overlooking the bay was exquisite. We enjoyed the nearby beach with beach chairs that are provided at the rental. The owner, Dennis, is a great host, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!!

Smith point beach trip

We loved Dennis’ and Maria’s house! 1/2 mile from beautiful beach and park with nice bathrooms, snack shack bar and live music at night! The house is very clean and a wonderful kitchen with anything you could possibly need! We loved the deck that looked over the water and plenty of nice outdoor furniture! AC was great on the 90 degree days for sure! We enjoyed the large tv in the living room with all services you would want. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the place! Wonderful Time/Wonderful Place

Everything about this place was perfect. It was very comfortable, scenic and in a great location. The hosts were very nice and I enjoyed catching up with Dennis. It was just what our family needed to unwind, as the last few weeks had been very hectic.

Great Vacation

Stayed at the house for a long weekend vacation and it was great. Clean and spacious, well stocked and organized, it had everything we needed. The back deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the waterfront view. 2 minute drive to the beach, which is beautiful. The owners, Dennis and Maria, were more than welcoming and friendly. Great time.

Excellent Stay, Location, & Hosts

Dennis and Maria were great hosts! They were very helpful, nice and my kids loved them. The property was perfect for us; it was right off the water for very enjoyable view in the morning and evenings off the deck and 2 min from the beach at Smiths Point. We were lucky as we saw whales and dolphins off the beach and the Tiki Joes has very decent food for a Beach Cafe. The house had everything you needed, especially for the beach and the kitchen which was perfect for those who love to cook. The additional enclosed porch with TV was an added plus for the evenings to eat or relax or when it was a little warmer. We will be visiting again and highly recommend the property.
