“This place is good to be an onsen, the onsen itself is really good, they have a place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the capsule and includes beverages, beer, wine, even popcorn, free amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush, q-tips, shampoo, razors and foam. The hall of the capsules smells like feet and I imagine why. Inside the capsule it was never a issue, they have a little fan and a curtain and if you want to go extra a little tv. The only problem is you go need to go to first floor...

“This is a good hotel with an excellent location, perfect for exploring the area. The lunch buffet was very satisfying, with a nice variety of dishes. Overall, a solid choice and a good place to stay.”

“The property is in historic Tokyo Station, which is an incredible building with so much history. Transportation is easy with many lines nearby. The staff are so friendly and made it easy to deliver our bags to our next hotel. The breakfast buffet is a must at least once with traditional Japanese breakfast as well as European/American/other Asian cuisine. There is also a good 7-11 close by. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom/shower are very luxurious. We had a view onto the large plaza...
