“廊下の壁紙等、築年数を感じさせるところはあるが、綺麗に清掃されていて、清潔でした。プールも温泉も子どもたちが楽しんでました。スタッフは皆さんいい人でした。”

“This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend”

“Honestly the most amazing experience I had while in Japan. The onsen in the room was heavenly and so relaxing to be able to use after walking around the lake. They also have the friendliest and most considerate staff. I highly recommend and will be staying again for my next trip.”

“We had the japanese western style room which comes with a small Japanese dining area which was very useful. The toilet has a bathtub and the shower head with a mid high stool useful for elderly and pregnant women. Appreciate that the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The beds were really comfy and has beady pillows. The blanket was very cushy. There's a delicia supermarket 15mins by foot. And lots of home run restaurants within 10mins by foot. Love that L2 there's a common area...
