“We had a terrible experience at this property. When we got there with a baby and a 4 year old, the host said we can´t stay because kids were not allowed, she wasn´t even being nice and comprehensive, like if it was our fault.The expedia information said: kids welcome. She told us to cancel the booking, we agreed as long as she arrange a new place for us, at the end she didn´t so she said we can stay. “I do not recommend this place we arrived and they said that the breakfast did not start till June 15 so it was just a continental breakfast. Our room was dirty bugs in the bathroom got woken up on our last day when they said we could check out at 12 housekeeping banging on the door would not stay here again do not recommend overpriced for what you get.”

“The Anchor Inn is an charming old house located a couple of street from the action downtown. I would point out that these old houses have paper thin walls and old plumbing and very small bathrooms so be prepared for a tiny shower stall and hearing every thing from your fellow guests.”

“We enjoyed the charm of the inn. Each room had a uniqueness. The staff was very accommodating during all of our interactions. We took stars away because the self service coffee station was not maintained very well. There were shortages of items and at time it wasn’t always clean. Breakfast was not put until 8am which is late if you want to get an early start. Brewed coffee wasn’t available until 8 am either. Earlier than that time, there were only k-cups. The deck is only staffed until 8 pm...
