“We knew garden was "staggered" but its not atttached to house. You have to go down a path that runs along the back of the houses to go your garden gate. Garden was lovely with a table and 4 chairs and flower borders. Location is brillant litterally a 2 min walk to The Byes which are picturesque. Sidmouth is a 10 minute walk.There is a Tesco Express about a 10 minute walk and a Waitrose is about a 10 kinute drive.As its a victorain house stairs can be awkward for some. The house was lovely...
