“This is a very compact lake cottage. Every thing was clean and beautifully done. I don't think that I have ever stayed in a rental that was as well supplied and nicely furnished as this one. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need and a few surprise gifts like cookies, popcicles, and coffee. The outdoor experience was just to our liking and the lake was lovely. Highly recommend.”

The location is close to a ton of things-Dayton as well as Yellow Springs, many farmers markets, and the interesting town of Yellow Springs. I would highly recommend this cabin if you're spending time in the Dayton, Ohio, area!”

“This is a great property right on the river. Great view from the deck to sit and have coffee in the morning. We even saw a bald eagle a few times.
