We spent much of our time sitting on the back patio or front patio watching the breeze in the pines or the deer wondering through. Inside was clean and organized. Great communication with hosts. “This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more.”

“I really enjoyed my cozy stay. I enjoyed some wonderful peace and quiet which is exactly what I needed. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I had everything I needed. “We wanted somewhere close to Mill Pond so our kids would get a great view of the fireworks and this location didn’t disappoint. We had a 10 min walk for truly excellent seats of the fireworks. The place was clean, quiet and beautiful. Friendly neighborhood and people. Only downside was when i tried to contact the owner (silly thing but a black widow in the bathroom), we never got a reply. Glad there wasn’t a bigger issue because of no response. ”

The creek behind the house was perfect for lounging in the sun and taking a cold dip, the house was well-appointed and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the grill and deck.
