“No pets. No winery experience. The on-site maintenance man, Tanner, was very helpful, prompt in response to minor issues and very friendly. Really enjoyed dealing with him. But this whole property needs renovation. It was clean and no bugs, but much of the physical property is shabby and outdated. The rental photos belie the real condition of the rental property. While "For Sale" banners at the site claim "recently renovated" it is obvious to the most casual observer that it has been many years...
