Condo was exactly as described. Owner was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. Excellent location right near the free trolly stop. Unit had everything needed to cook Thanksgiving meal and was very clean. Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. We were very impressed by that. Views from balcony and windows were excellent! I definitely recommend this property sowed would love to rent it again.

The condo was as advertised. It was comfortable and the location to the beach was great. We rented loungers and umbrellas from Sammy's and it worked out great. They set up literally right behind the condo. We dined out locally, with everything we needed within walking distance. We caught the free trolly and enjoyed getting on and off as we needed. Be sure to stop at the marina and get a picture of the WWII V-J statue of sailor kissing stranger.

Clean and Updated Condo

The condo was very clean and updated and the pictures and listing information were accurate. Great ocean view from the balcony! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Beautiful Apartment, Perfect Spot

The apartment was exactly as the beautiful pictures showed: clean, very comfortable, and with great views. However, the shower head water pressure in the master bedroom was not up to par, and we advised the office staff so that they could inform the owner for future guests. We were going to make due during our time there, but to our surprise, someone was sent immediately, and the shower head was replaced. The water pressure was great, and this just made our stay much more enjoyable! We appreciated the extra beach towels and the hooks in various areas for hanging towels, hats, etc, which is often so sadly lacking in most places. We cooked in a couple of nights and had everything we needed. Our sincere thanks to Pam (the owner), Debbie and the hardworking guys at Sammy's Beach Rentals, as well as all of the professional and excellent souls in the management office at Seashell! Thank you for making our time with you so special and lovely.

Perfect vacation spot

This place was great! We love siesta key and staying here made it so much better! Everything we could want is across the street (coffee, ice cream, restaurants, tiki bar with music every night, grocery store). This condo was very nice and everything needed was here. Felt like home away from home. Enjoyed it being so close to beach with great views. Pam was so nice and so great to work with and makes sure you have everything needed and info for the area. Can’t wait to come back!
