Island House Beach Resort !! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida! Frente al golfo directa - Vistas panorámicas. Este complejo bellamente mainained se encuentra en la parte más ancha de una de las mejores playas de la florida central. Es 1300 sq. Ft, no alfombrado, 2 dormitorios, 2 cuartos de baño. King, 2 gemelos. La unidad cuenta con un gran salón, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, todos los electrodomésticos, encimeras de granito, terraza. La unidad cuenta con 3 grandes televisores de pantalla plana, DVD, equipo de música, calefacción / aire acondicionado central. Este condominio ofrece vistas panorámicas de las cristalinas aguas azules del Golfo de México desde todas las habitaciones. La vista es espectacular y las puestas de sol magníficas. Wi-Fi en la unidad. Se encuentra en el segundo piso. Este atractivo complejo cuenta con 2 cabañas de playa, sillas de playa, patio con tejo. Hay una gran piscina climatizada, sala de juegos con billar, ping pong, air hockey. Hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, el oro, el tenis y lugares de interés cercanos. Great vacation at Island House

Reviewer Comments: We just came back home from a wonderful vacation at Island House on Siesta Key. The views and beach are gorgeous. The staff at Island House is so friendly and helpful.

Great location but the unit was disappointing

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful, white sand beach! The unit needed work. There were boarded up windows in the sun room, a spare window screen propped up in one corner and shades that didn’t work. The sliding glass door didn’t have a working lock but they did send someone promptly the next day to address it (no new lock but they did get a pole to put in the sliding door track). The washer and dryer were not in the unit but shared. Washer worked fine but was very noisy. The place was clean and neat. We did play shuffleboard and enjoyed walking on the powdery white sand.

Overall experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we liked the stay at 3N. We did noticed some things that need improvement such as:- kitchen back two burners didn’t work. Kitchen oven didn’t work either- master bathroom toilet didn’t fill up with water many times and needed correction inside the water tank - no extra linens in the apartment. Inside the master bedroom closet there were some extra blankets but not extra linens which could be needed in case they get dirty because at the end is a beach apartment. - we also notice when we got there the floor hasn’t been moped and the living room carpet was dirty and not vacuum prior our arrival.- the apartment lacked cleaning tools for the moping situation and I had to buy one myself in order to have a clean apartment. The mop provided is completely dirty and there were no mop tub either. Basically no cleaning tools

Magical Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this place and the people. Our unit is amazing, and I love the new patio furniture. I’m also thrilled with the revamped second bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. The staff and amenities are wonderful. This is a very family friendly place to stay with the most amazing section of Siesta Key beach!! My child will have beautiful memories to last a lifetime. We could not be happier! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to vacation here!

On the Beach

You literally step outside of this property and you are on the beach. There are tons of chairs and lounges on the beach to use. The views are wonderful.

Spectacular Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Island House second week of March with our two toddlers. The resort was really clean. We could see people cleaning and maintaining the premises and the beach every day. The location is amazing, right on the beach, which was a huge plus for us. As per past reviews, it's true...the condo is not updated, it could definitely do with some renovation and updates. Specifically to the kitchen appliances and patio area. It would be wonderful if there was a newer working vacuum in the place too, especially if you're staying there longer and you have kids (just a suggestion for condo owners). That being said, the condo is spacious, bathrooms are great, there is everything you could want in the kitchen (appliance and dinnerware wise), there are washer/dryer units on every floor, the view is amazing! Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we will be coming back next year! Thanks for a wonderful time Island House!

The unit was immaculate - super clean and well equipped. The panoramic ocean view was beautiful. Check in and check out was super easy. I highly recommend this property and unit. Will definitely rent this unit again. We spent most of our time in the unit enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. We played the game Quelf that's in the hall closet. It added to our stay - We had a blast! Thanks Island House Beach Resort for making our girls trip a memorable one.

Great location

The location is directly on the beach! Property management was very helpful. The pull out sofa bed was broken. Management did bring an air mattress to remedy the sofa issue. The ac was very cold! We would stay at this location again.
