“Great place”

“We decided to add a couple of days in Siesta Key to the end of a work trip. This rental was available and in a great location. Glad we booked. Super walkable, great pool, and the space had everything we needed. Could use some updating to feel cleaner. The hair dryer, for example, needs to be replaced or really cleaned. That said, we would likely stay again for the price. Overall a nice spot with very kind hosts. We would return. ”

“Perfect situation! The house was all we could ask for in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Being able to walk to the village for dinner and shopping, along with the beach, was ideal. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Chairs, umbrellas and floats. Plus a couple bicycles to get around. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Siesta Key!”

“The property was basic, as we expected, clean and well appointed but a few details rankled us. The dishwasher was broken. The bikes were very rusty. Or unavailable or locked in a shed. And the frying pans — which we use often for breakfasts — need replaced. There’s no view, which we expected, but would seek one next time. Still, it was clean and except for pans well appointed. ”

“Memorial Weekend gateway was perfect. From the beginning to end. Location is steps away from the beach. Siesta Village right down the streets/2 blocks away. No need to move your car once you have arrived. Home is perfect for a couple. Is cozy, clean & has a true feeling like you’re on vacation. ”

Host was super responsive and directions for check-in / check-out are easy to follow. 1 of 3 pools on the property just outside the back door was amazingly convenient. A couple or even a family of four can be easily accommodated in this studio unit.”
