- Cleaning Fee: Covers post-stay cleaning and trash removal for up to 8 bags. Additional charges apply for excessive cleaning or over 8 bags of trash. There is a check out list that needs to be completed by guests before departure.
- Fireplace Availability: Not available May – September. The outdoor fire pit is not permitted by the town, and fireworks are illegal. Any use of fireworks will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Security: Security cameras are positioned at entrances; there are no interior cameras. Motion sensors and a decibel monitor are in place.
- Communication: One guest must have a working cell phone, as the property does not have a landline.
