“ The cottage is exactly as pictured and is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom has plenty of towels and basic toiletries. The location is great - very close to beautiful Carkeek Park and bustling Greenwood, and there is a QFC grocery store and a strip mall within walking distance. Check in was a breeze and the host provided all the information we needed well in advance. ”

“Amazing location that is perfection inside and out. Deb was an amazing host and available to help at a moment's notice. She and Rico thought of when remodeling the space and leaving all the creature comforts of home - and then some. Like many other reviewers, I hated to leave and can't wait to return. The most comfortable short-term rental I've ever experienced.”

“Location was fabulous and the space was lovely. However the kitchen needs a few things: dishtowels and place mats. Also parking can be a big problem; although a zone parking pass is provided it can be difficult to impossible to find a space in the evening. One night we had to park more than 4 blocks away after driving around for almost a half hour. This is the not the agencies fault given how congested the neighborhood is but just be aware. ”

“A beautiful view of the water AND access to it! This house fit nine of us comfortably – beds for most, plus a couple of futons. The dining table was also large enough for all of us. Easy access to the peninsula, as well as into Seattle. But plenty of reasons to just stay local! The Pickleball court got a ton of use, as did the deck overlooking the water and the cozy fireplace in the living room. A perfect place for a family gathering!”

“Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”
