Great condo

Wonderful stay

The condo unit is just as advertised, except that the quality of the furnishing is perhaps even better than the photos suggest. We have stayed in a number of different units in this building over the last 5 years. The views from the '04' units are terrific as they take in both the beach, Palm Beach to the south and much of the sunset views to the west. A small point, but important, is that the two allocated parking spaces in the basement are very conveniently located for the lift. The owner, Kim, was very responsive and a delight to communicate with.

A heavenly vacation in a heavenly apartment!

We loved everything about this gorgeous apartment. It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, fully stocked with tons of towels, pots, pans, appliances, and more. Kimberly couldn't have been easier to communicate with. She was polite, helpful and happy to answer any of our questions. The Ritz Carlton property is a beauty too. Services from the concierge, to lunch and drink service at the pools and beach were top notch. We are absolutely coming back to this beautiful apartment and resort I!!

Great, relaxing break!

This was a terrific condo. Spacious, well decorated with comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. The Ritz Carlton Residences was a great place to spend a week. Pools were not crowded, beach was clean and chairs/umbrellas plentiful and set up by cheerful staff. The gym in the building is well equipped as well. The only downside is the lack of great restaurants nearby. The restaurants close to the building were not of high quality, but it was an easy drive to Jupiter and Palm Beach for some great food. Would definitely consider going back to this unit!

March 2021 Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice! We enjoyed the beachfront pool. The staff were very friendly. The condo had everything we needed. The fitness room was a great feature too! All in all, we had a great stay!

It's hard to put it all in a few words, so I will bullet what you should expect: -Staff hospitality beyond that of a 5-star hotel -Condo supplied with everything you could need -Property and amenities will make you never want to leave -Terrific owner and management staff make everything very easy and accommodating Reserve this condo, you won't be disappointed.

Pure Paradise for adults

The unit was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need and more. The views were spectacular! You can tell Kim takes great pride in decorating her unit and making sure you feel at home. We had an amazing stay and would 100% rent from her again! The Ritz Carlton it’s self is not as kid friendly as we had hoped for (mainly the pool area). We, as well as, some other guests with younger kids, experienced a lot of annoyed glares and irritation about the kids at the pools. My son and another little boy were playing pretend ships and a couple at the pool told them to go away and play on the other side of the pool. Another family was picking their 4 year old up in the water and throwing her in for fun and some people at the pool were all angry about the “disruption”. My husband and son were tossing a football gently back and forth in the water and management came and told us we were not allowed to do that because someone complained about it. Honestly these parents and myself didn’t not have hellion kids that were being out of control. They were just kids being kids playing in a pool. This experience made us parents of smaller kids feel uncomfortably out of place. We stuck to the beach more often so our son could enjoy the trip too. I would highly recommend that the RItz makes an adult only pool so that family’s vacationing with kids won’t feel like such outcasts. I hate to being up the pool in Kim’s review as she doesn’t have control over that. Again her unit was amazing and the property was lovely, and we will 100% be back, but will come alone or wait until our son is older. Thank you for a lovely vacation Kim!

This property is even more beautiful in person. The unit is quiet, super clean, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely re-book. There are gorgeous ocean views from every room. We had 5 guests and everyone had their own space and the unit never felt crowded. 5 Stars!!

My family of 5 stayed here for a week in March (husband and 3 boys, 10,8,5). The condo itself was amazing, comfy beds, great kitchen and the best views. We took advantage of all the amenities while we were there and we give them all 5 stars. Two heated salt water pools, 2 hot tubs, private beach and we even booked the private theater for movie night. Staff at the Ritz go above and beyond and other clientele and owners were kind and friendly. I would come back to this condo in a heartbeat.

FABULOUS UNIT & OWNER!

Staying at the Ritz Carlton Residences was a wonderful experience for our girls week. Although there was construction(which is almost everywhere in Sept.) around the building it did not affect our lounging by either pool, walks on beach or our early morning sunrise coffee chats. Kimberly was most accommodating even letting us change our dates due to travel interruptions resulting from Hurricane Flo. The unit is beautiful, well stocked and the staff could not be more accommodating. Thanks Kimberly for a memorable experience.

Great Loction... Great times!

This is our second time staying at the Ritz Residences and it was just as good as the first time. Even with the construction, it has to be one of the best places on Singer Island.
