“Beautiful house! Very authentic and in a very calm area.”

“very clean, very nice, would recommend a sign near street to tell people cottage is near. Also add Depot Cottage to listing name instead of near downtown. Very easy to get to downtown. Peaceful and very quiet. Bathtube water temperature is backwards, hot water is blue not red as it should be. I would recommend it to friends and stay there again.”

“Stay here whenever we want to get out of Austin for a relaxing weekend. The casita is very comfortable, stocked with everything you need and the best part is it comes with a golf cart so you can explore Comfort. Is centrally located if you want to explore the hill country. We will be back”

We especially enjoyed feeding the deer that came to the back gate each evening. I appreciated the cleanliness of the property as well; I am a complete clean freak and this cottage definitely lived up to my standards. ”

“We were visiting for a wedding in Fredericksburg and found this gem. Mother Nature didn't cooperate so I didn't see the stars but the flowers and birds made up for it. The hummingbirds were swarming everywhere - an amazing sight to see!! The cabin is comfortable and a great place to sit back, mix a drink, and enjoy the surroundings.”

“The Casita is in a natural Hill Country setting, very quiet with visits from deer, hummingbirds and other birds. Beautiful spot. Inside the accommodations were perfect for us, spacious with a dining table where we played games and ate. Everything was clean and welcoming. The host was also very helpful. We asked for a suggestion for where to eat in town. Overall, it was a great experience.”
