This is a dog friendly vbro. There was dog hair on the bed sheets, floor, and in the dryer. We were looking forward to playing cornhole however it was it really bad shape. A very disappointing experience. The owners were notified and did reimburse some of the cost. Additionally, there are 2 other VBROs close and 2 houses. This was not disclosed on the posting.

Above and beyond

This is by far the cleanest, most fun and well equipped rental I have ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a LOT of rentals. They offer a fully stocked coffee bar with everything you could hope for, including a frother. There are spices for grilling, a filtered water dispenser, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, more than enough towels, tons of storage, and comfortable beds. We used the basketball court, the game room, the grill, the hot tub, and watched TV - everything exceeded our expectations. The owners truly thought of everything and have done a wonderful job. They sent a message checking to make sure we had everything we needed, and were very attentive. This would be the perfect set-up for multiple families traveling together, with the fun shared amenities. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Boerne, 25 to San Antonio and 40 to Fredericksburg. Great location if you want to do it all. My family of 4 gives it 8 thumbs up.

Everything was great! Lots of little extras to enhance our stay. The hot tub worked great and we used it every day. The kcup choices were fun, and the kitchen had everything you might need. Electronics were easy to use. Everything was very clean!

Great Country Getaway!

Birthday get away

The home was beautiful, relaxing and everything we had hoped it would be as we celebrated my birthday. Our mornings started with coffee as we relaxed on the on porch watching for deer and other wild life. It is close to so many things but great get away from noise and crowds.
