Gran propiedad nueva situada en el medio de Boerne. Muy aislado y rodeado de enormes robles. Fácil de caminar a la calle principal (6 cuadras). El Old Depot Walking Trail está a media cuadra de distancia. ¡Tome el sendero hacia el este hasta Cibolo Creek o hacia el oeste hasta Bumdoodlers Pies! The Depot Cottage fue construido recientemente en diciembre de 2016 en piedra caliza de Hill Country. Está inspirado en el edificio histórico Old Nature Center en Main Street. Depot Cottage se encuentra en una calle que solía llamarse Depot Street y albergaba la estación Boerne Depot. Cuenta con una cama King y dos camas plegables para adultos o niños. Está bellamente decorado con muebles antiguos y cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas (WIFI está incluido). The Depot Cottage is truly a GEM in Boerne, Texas. Location and amenities are nothing short of excellent. It's a peaceful setting with lots of wildlife surrounding you - deer. We loved the neighborhood. We took the trail-way for a quick morning walk. The Depot Cottage is equipped with very, very nice and beautiful furniture and every convenience item that you need. The Depot Cottage interior looks like it was professionally decorated - quality throughout! We loved our stay and will hopefully stay again. Thank you, Terry. Our stay was top notch!!

Host was polite and accommodated 1 request. We were able to walk to the downtown area and meander. It was also close to the event,Cave without a Name, we were visiting. The cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities.

The property was amazing. It is exactly as described. The owners make it feel like a home. No detail is missed. Contacting the owners, who are very kind, was simple and done via text. It was a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay, a couple of callouts, almost could not enter the property due to a broken electric gate and a stubborn and sticky electric door lock. Otherwise excellent.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Depot Cottage while attending a family reunion. It was perfect for our 2 dogs too with a huge fenced field for them to run and a smaller fenced area right off the front porch. The cottage was beautifully outfitted with everything we needed. There were lots of deer to watch and beautiful trees making for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a busy family weekend. Highly recommend.

It was lovely, cute, little place. I liked that it was a gated property. Quiet neighborhood. Had the most comfortable pillow! Pretty granite countertops. Had everything you would need in the kitchen, coffee. Nice yard. I would stay there again! Great experience!

This is my second stay in the cottage. Charming in ambiance, filled with nature flying through and sprinting about, I feel like I’ve been holding my breath for a long time and can breathe. The host is a very fine gentleman.

Absolutely perfect. The cottage is exactly what I dream of when I think about a quiet cottage in the woods. So close to Main Street and yet you don’t hear a sound. Nothing. No cars, no people just the trees and this visit the beautiful rain. Loved sitting on the front porch watching the deer! Could not ask for more.

We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage! Everything we needed was there. The cottage was excellent…very comfortable, cozy and relaxing! Enjoyed coffee each morning sitting and reading on the front porch watching the deer. The setting was awesome and private. Access to & from the cottage was very easy. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Boerne! Thanks so much!

very clean, very nice, would recommend a sign near street to tell people cottage is near. Also add Depot Cottage to listing name instead of near downtown. Very easy to get to downtown. Peaceful and very quiet. Bathtube water temperature is backwards, hot water is blue not red as it should be. I would recommend it to friends and stay there again.

Cottage complete with everything we needed. Starting with bluebonnet views and private view of beautiful trees and distant deer roaming. Everything was clean and well thought out for our needs, perfect kitchen, king size poster bed, wifi connection and television for March Madness watching. Relaxing porch to sit and read. Close to the center of Boerne with shops and wonderful restaurants.
