Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and serene Lake Keowee Property. Settled in a quiet cove, enjoy the serenity that comes without the boat traffic, affording a smooth kayak or paddle board experience. We have a private dock (depth of 3' to 6' depending on pond depth through the seasons). CAUTION: Due to severe Low In-flow Conditions due to the recent droughts, water levels maybe lower than listed. Please check Duke Energy's website for Lake Keowee water levels and trends. Full pool is 100', minimum pool is ,96'. Deep hull boats may not be able to dock at water levels at 97'. Please message us for questions if needed. We will not issue refunds for your stay if water levels change as we have no control over this.

We have a strict NO PARTIES and NO PETS/ANIMALS policy due to host/owner severe alleries with accompanying medical conditions.

QUICK FACTS:
DOCK: Steep walk downhill. Elderly have had trouble navigating. No water or electric at the dock. This accommodates Tritoons, Wake Boarding Boats, and Center Consoles.

DRIVE TO HOME: Single lane road, some guests have been concerned at night, others enjoy the private secluded feel.

PARKING: Ample parking for a boat trailer and 2-3 vehicles.

SOAPS: Dishwaster detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets provided (please be respectful of use, we supply bulk bottles as not to confine guests to limited use, but request reasonable, non-excessive use. Bottles are not for guests to take, we use them for other guests)

TOILETRIES: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash provided in wall dispensers in showers. We don't supply toothpaste

TOILET PAPER: 2 rolls per bath (Kirkland Brand)
PAPER TOWELS: 1 roll (Kirkland Brand)

LINENS:
KITECHEN TOWELS: 2 provided
CLEANING TOWELS: 2 yellow Kirkland microfiber towels
BATH TOWELS: 3 per bedroom
WASHCLOTHES: 2 per bedroom
BEACH TOWELS: 5 total (we ask if you use them to launder before leaving, it's A LOT of towels and the dry time limits our turnover.
BED LINENS: All bed linens included, high quality 660 thread count (Kirkland Sheets)

COFFEE: Ninja Coffee maker (Drip or K-Cup) and Folgers Grounds in fridge

KITCHEN: Kitchen is well stocked, see below for specifics. Please clean all appliances and return to their homes when done.

Your SAFETY AND SECURITY are of highest importance to us. Door codes are random computer generated numbers assigned and active at check-in time and deactivate at check-out time.


DETAILS:
ACCESS: There are 5 steps to get into the home. Unfortunately, the home is not handicap accessible. The path to the lake is steep, but many of the homes on the lake have steep paths.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy room is perfect to movies at the end of the night or for mid-day naps if you're trying to escape the heat. There's 65" Smart TV with color LED backlighting and Bluetooth speaker to stream music are available.

KITCHEN: We have included just about everything we think you'd need. Ninja Coffee Maker, Ninja Blender, Air Fryer, toaster oven, microwave, stove/oven, ice maker (we usually bring or buy a bag on day two), well stocked cooking utensils, pots/pans. If you need something we don't have, we will try to stock it before arrival or ship it during your stay, within reason.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of dresser and closet space. The 2 King and 1 Queen bedroom do not disappoint with their well appointed linens (Costco's Kirkland 670 thread count) and mattresses, for a good night's rest. Each room has a ceiling fan. Although you'll be spending minimal time in the bedrooms with the numerous activities available, you'll still have the space to spread out or to escape other guests if needed.

BATHROOMS: 2 full baths with fiberglass tubs and high pressure shower heads let you refresh for the day. 2 high quality blow dryers are available. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash are provided. On demand hot water ensures the whole family can shower without running out of hot water.

PORCH/DOCK/GRILL/LAKESIDE YARD: Our covered porch was the reason we purchased this home and it does not disappoint. This outdoor living space affords you the option to lounge with a cup of coffee in the morning or to share dinner as a group while watching the water. It can be hot in the summer months, which we hope the 2 fans help to keep guests comfortable. The uncovered deck is great for Grilling on the Weber Genesis II Grill, relaxing on the rocking bench, or letting the kids do arts and crafts or eating on the picnic table. The dock is huge, and is great for relaxing, reading a book, or fishing. Propane is provided for the grill. Fire Pit with 6 Adirondack chairs provided. Firewood is not included.

The house was updated in 2025 to include removal of Popcorn ceilings, new light fixtures, all new paint, and a propane on-demand water heater The HVAC is new as of 2023 with a variable speed motor. We have clean drinking water supplied from Six Mile Water and filtered on the refrigerator.

We are mindful of our water use and what we dispose of down the drains as we are on a septic system.
