“Stinkbugs and ants and dust oh my!Place was absolutely disgusting inside. Their cleaning company is taking them to the cleaners! It's a straight investment property, so no one stops by to check it I guess. I sent a video of me making a circle in the table dust. To be fair, the interior has been updated, they have nice garage for kids to play and a fire pit, but wood was superwet, so it was smoke put for us. The price was cheap, guess I got what I paid for. ”

“I would highly recommend this property. It was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Bob did a great job communicating all the property details before my arrival. It's just a 7 minute drive to SUNY Cortland. I will definitely stay here again. ”

(Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”
