“We had problems on our first night as the heating in the house malfunctioned and we had to wear coats beanies and scales inside, the next day ( Sunday) Ellie drove from Apollo Bay to deliver two “bar heaters” and with the fire burning we finally managed to warm the house! Apart from this, the house was very comfortable and a joy to be in. Please note, proper doona covers on doonas would be a real plus instead of sheets being tucked over doona! “Kiara was represented accurately and worked perfectly for our group of 11 friends. It is centrally located, well equipped and appointed. We would have loved to have spent more time on the beautiful deck but the weather was not kind. Regardless the house allowed us plenty of living room inside and a queen bedroom for each couple with a bunk room as well. The drive is quite steep as others have noted but manageable and there was room to park on the road.”

Big pluses Were:- The proximity to town- short walking distance Wood fire- easy to light and kept us nice and warm on chilly nights Comfy couch and Netflix and reliable WIFI to keep the teens happy.
