“This property is beautiful, we all wished we could stay longer and just enjoy the deck and fire pit a little more. House is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Be aware the bunk beds are not in a room, they're under the stairs, so not a lot of privacy. “My husband and I stayed a couple nights at this cozy rustic cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. The air conditioning was superb. The cottage had a cabin feel outside and a home feel with all amenities inside. The ambiance and decorations were delightful. Full kitchen and able to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. Approximately 20 minute drive away from Mammoth Cave National Park. Host was available onsite but we had privacy. ”

“Loved this spot on the lake! Clean, kept up, private and easy process to check in and out. Its a little far from mammoth cave and the attractions but it is priced lower than places right next to mammoth cave. We were also traveling with two dogs, so that limited places we could stay. Sadly the Nolan preserve right next to here is closed due to flooding at this time. But I bet that is a beautiful place to take the kids and pets.”

“We stopped here on our way home from another location and immediately i wished i had booked my entire vacation at this location. The house is amazing, the lake was great. The water was high at the time but we still enjoyed it. The owners offered a variety of water toys for adults and children which was such a blessing and convenience. The house was perfect if you have smaller children. The firepit was awesome. I absolutely loved this place. It was so peaceful. I am hoping to return again...

“It’s right on the Lake and there’s a boat ramp right next to the property. It was the perfect size for us and had all we needed. We suggest you get your supplies on the way out!It’s a drive to anywhere. We were there for Mammoth National Park, it’s a shorter drive if the ferry is open. We couldn’t figure out the tv’s though, and the outside of the property is a bit of a mess, but overall we enjoyed our stay. ”
