“Great location! Plenty of space for 4 people, thought 12 might be a bit tight. Bathrooms were spacious. Host communication was great … the AC went out and it was fixed before we came back from exploring.I do wish the bedrooms had curtains to block the light from the streetlights and parking lot lights. Might also dampen the noise from the busy street outside.”

“We stayed here for a girls trip to Nashville and was amazed at how beautiful this home was! Everything was spotless upon arrival, the host was so attentive and checked in often. It was a quick drive or Uber downtown! I will absolutely be rebooking on my next trip to Nashville! ”

“Very nice property and location for walking to Broadway and the Gulch. If you are not used to having city noise during the night and early morning, this might not be the best location but the listing does explain this in their description of the property. We had a great time!”

“This is a beautiful unit and easy access to broadway and the gultch. Absolutely loved the bedrooms and the amount of space we had. The location is good but should be noted it is right next to a homeless shelter and the train. Did not feel safe at night and you can hear the train when you’re trying to sleep. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and had to DoorDash more. ”
