“Great place. Great location. We’d stay again”

“This home was absolutely spotless! It was the perfect place to stay while on a work trip - comfortable, clean, quiet. Having the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a fenced in back yard was amazing. As a single woman traveling alone with a small dog, I felt very safe. Would absolutely stay again if I was in the area!”

“Very attentive host. Great stay”

“The rental was very clean and well furnished, and located in a safe neighborhood. The host, David, was quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns, and was overall easy to communicate with. Truly enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to rent this place again.”

“We stayed with a family of five—two adults and three children (ages 17, 16, and 13)—and had a wonderful experience. The home was easy to find, located in a nice neighborhood, and was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the three outdoor seating areas, which became our favorite places to relax. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the town square where you'll find charming local businesses and plenty of history. “Over all was a great place. We would come back and rent again”

“Due to unexpected circumstances, our family recently experienced a loss and needed accommodation for up to 24 people on very short notice. We were grateful to find David's Fun House, as it was able to comfortably accommodate our large group during a difficult time. The location was convenient, there was ample parking, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to gather. The open kitchen and living room created a welcoming atmosphere, and the pool table and ping pong table were great...

“Having heard some negative reviews of other properties in Nashville, we were pleasantly surprised with how updated, spacious, and fully-loaded this property was. The price was more than reasonable for what was provided. The only negative thing we have to report was that because the host lives upstairs, footsteps were easily heard, but host also provided sound machines for every bedroom which mostly drowned out the noise during nighttime hours.”

“Excellents beds, big spaces, various tables games, the accessories of cooking’s are exceptional, thanks ”
