Really liked the property and there are more good things to say about our experience than bad; however, there were a couple of things that could have been better. We vacation with our pets and our Great Dane recently had surgery to repair her torn ACL so it was important for us to have an elevator. When we arrived, the elevator was inoperable but the management company fixed the issue within 24 hours. Also, the refrigerator did not produce filtered water or ice so we had to buy both for the entire trip. Management sent over a repairman but said it was something more complicated than he could handle. I suggested that the water was likely not turned on and he said he did not feel comfortable taking that on. So, I pulled the frig out and, sure enough, the water valve was not turned on. I let the management company know and they said to turn it back off immediately since there was a known leak. Really? They offered no fix.
