Feather & Tide is a peaceful ocean-view villa tucked into the front row of the Topsail Villas community on beautiful North Topsail Island. Just steps from private beach access, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse offers an unbeatable location, pier views, and the kind of ocean sounds that instantly put you at ease.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully equipped space with a fully loaded kitchen, dining nook, and cozy living area — all with a beachy, vintage touch. The oven is original and full of character (and yes, it works great!), while other appliances are brand new, including the HVAC and water heater. Laundry is available on-site for your convenience.

There are two bedrooms:

A queen bedroom on the main level with a private back deck

A king bedroom upstairs with its own en suite bath

Parking is available for two small vehicles directly underneath the unit, and there's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Guests have full private access to the entire townhouse, including both decks, the fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and outdoor shower.

You'll enter through the front staircase, which is narrower, but once inside, you can unlock the back door to use the wider back staircase—a much easier option for bringing in luggage or groceries.

There is free parking for 2 smaller vehicles underneath the unit. Please note that parking must be within the designated area under the villa due to HOA and space limitations.

You’ll also enjoy direct access to a private beach walkway, just a few steps from your front deck.

While the home offers loads of charm, it’s important to note that there are multiple staircases, some of which are narrow. There's also a narrow indoor staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom, so this space may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges.
