3-bedroom OCEANFRONT, POINT UNIT, at the St. Regis, 4th floor spectacular views

Please note that this is our 2nd home and not a rental machine. As such, we care for it as our home and only rent it out 2 weeks per year and once those 2 weeks have been rented, we do not rent it anymore for that year. This North Topsail Beach condo, St. Regis #2408, boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, the primary bedroom actually has a Cal-King bed (not a king bed, but VRBO does not have that option to list) and a queen bed in each of the other 2 rooms. Every room has an ocean view. The property also features 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa bed. We were not happy having a management company rent our unit, so this is our first year taking over, which is why there are no reviews. However, we do have two dozen five star reviews for our Harborside Atlantis property (VRBO #440419). So rent with confidence.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that exudes comfort and tranquility. The large windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting ambiance to unwind after a day of beach adventures. Have a restful sleep after a day of adventures in our comfy beds. Rest assured, we've taken care of all the that you need. Linens, pillows, and towels are provided, saving you from the hassle of packing those items. You'll find ample storage space with hangers and closets to keep your belongings organized. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning throughout the unit.
The basic kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and kettle. Whether you're a seasoned chef or simply looking to prepare quick meals, you'll find all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need for cooking and dining.

Start the day right and enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea on the balcony overlooking the breathtaking oceanfront view while listening to the sound of the waves.

** In the kitchen and living room, the nicely decorated open floor plan provides plenty of space to spread out while creating a relaxing environment perfect for visiting and catching up.
** The living area includes a flat-screen Smart TV with cable, a Bose sound bar, and plenty of comfy couches and chairs.
** The queen sofa bed is also available for additional guests.

The 2 bathrooms each feature a walk in shower. As a thoughtful touch, an essential starter pack of paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, soap, and toilet paper awaits you upon arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, you can easily find replacements at nearby stores.

The covered pool is now heated and available for use, even during the off-season! From October to April, both the main pool and the covered pool are open daily from 9:00 AM to dusk (approximately 7:00 PM, depending on the season) in accordance with Onslow County regulations. Please be aware that swimming after dark is currently not allowed due to county's regulation.

Please note that, as a private unit, we share access to resort amenities with our guests. The availability of these amenities is subject to maintenance schedules and seasonal closures, which are beyond our control. We will inform guests of any closures as soon as they are announced by the HOA, but these closures will not result in any compensation. Thank you for your understanding!

- Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.
- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, kitchen sponge, dish soap, and hand soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Some detergent & dryer sheets are provided.
- We also have a storage closet with beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, and some beach toys available for the use of our guests. If you would like to rent beach chairs &/or umbrellas visit Grant’s Beach Service and if you would like to rent beach linens or towels visit Coastal Linen Service.
