Our three bedroom, two bath unit at Villa Capriani was very comfortably furnished and offered beautiful views of the ocean and courtyard from its third floor balcony. The kitchen had a full array of pots and pans, basic utensils, lots of plates, bowls and glasses, and adequate flatware. All the appliances worked just fine. The common living quarters were spacious with the main bedroom and bath separated from the the other two bedrooms across the common space. All the beds seemed very comfortable. Access to the unit via the door lock keypad was convenient and straightforward. Access to the pool courtyard and beach was easy whether by stairs or elevator.
When we arrived, the bathrooms, the floors and most exposed surfaces seemed clean. However, the baseboards, unexposed floor areas, the glass tops of bedside tables, and especially any spaces under cushions on the couches and chairs had clearly not been cleaned in quite awhile. Besides sand, there were candy wrappers, and snack food residue under every cushion. While this didn't ruin our stay, it was a disappointing discovery in a very expensive vacation rental.
All in all this unit was a good fit for our family, and we had a great time.
