My husband and I stayed for a week in this beautiful place! The views were amazing, the place was clean, and the access on and off the beach was so close. We did not visit the pool, but a lot of families were enjoying it, we just preferred the beach. The season has not quite started yet, so they were doing cleaning and maintenance on the building and a few places were not opened, but we expected all of that. None of it disturbed our stay. Thank you for a great week!

The location of this property is perfect. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The property is wonderful with a pool, playground and several restaurants on site. We have small kids, so being able to grab takeout from the pirate bar for dinner was a lifesaver most nights. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and had all the conveniences we needed. We had a couple small issues during our stay - the toaster didn’t work and the tub stopper was broken - but the hosts resolved the issues quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our week vacation at the St. Regis resort. The condo’s kitchen was well equipped and we liked the central location of the condo at the resort. The indoor pool is getting refurbished at this time but the outdoor pool was still available. The beach in this area during high tide can get very crowded with it being so small, so make sure to get a spot early in the morning. We had a great week and would recommend this rental to others.

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful views, kitchen had the stuff I needed for cooking. King bed was comfy and the sauna at the facility was working. You may want to warm it up before you plan on using it. We’ll definitely plan on coming back to this location.

Beautiful location! Amy was very responsive and helpful with info about the condo and surrounding area suggestions. Condo had everything we needed for a fun family vacation and was very clean. We especially enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the roar of the ocean at night!

We needed a great place to stay for a much deserved vacation. Topsail beach is a great place to relax. We went off season so a lot of places to eat where not on regular time schedules. Wish we would have known the St. Regent resort did not have restaurant or pool house open everything day to grab lunch or dinner. Unit needs som TLC but was still a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay as a family. The location was great, the condo was clean with a wonderful view. We also had a great time at the pool and got to play pickle ball with the kids. Perfect quick beach getaway.

We loved our Stay at St. Regis.. The Condo has a home-feel to it and was perfect for our family of four with everything we needed. The view from the balcony, which is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room, was beautiful and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee of glass of wine in the evening. The pool was a bonus too! This is a great spot, on the quieter part of the island and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at this very clean and well stocked condo! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the finishes throughout. It was very spacious compared to others we have rented. We appreciated the quality of cookware and appliances. All of the books for leisure reading were a nice extra! Amy was a great host and answered all of our questions very quickly! Thank you!!

Property was excellent. Loved the oceanfront view and the amenities of the resort. The unit was just right for our family. The resort has a nice large pool with a snack shack that we used daily. Kids loved the arcade and exploring the resort.

Condo is tastefully decorated with great views and quick access to pool and beach. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, dishes and cooking items. Condo owner provided much info regarding resort, restaurants, shopping, etc. prior to our arrival. She was very quick to respond to my questions via text. The condo and resort made for a fantastic week at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was furnished with just enough things to make it a week. Storage in the kitchen is lacking and no exhaust fans in the bathrooms so keep that in mind. I’d also suggest a deep clean of the condo - we noticed stains/dirt on walls and floorboards that seem to have been there for some time.
