  • Bienvenido a Clutch Cay, nuestra costa. primer piso condominio de vacaciones perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares en la playa.

    Este condominio de playa cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y mucho espacio para disfrutar de su tiempo juntos. Disfrute de su café de la mañana en una gran terraza con vista al mar.

    El condominio es un condominio de playa de vacaciones brillante, limpio y actualizado que tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente con una cama queen y dos camas matrimoniales en el segundo dormitorio. Great condo!

We stayed for a few nights at this property. It was very clean. We were surprised how spacious it was. It was very easy to access the beach from the condo. Very easy check in/out. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Fun visit in N Topsail

Our visit was after Labor Day. My friend, visiting from Chicago, was enchanted with the view, the pool, and the stunning sunrises. Great accommodations and a beautiful beach. Quiet, uncrowded and peaceful.

We had a perfect little get away at Clutch Cay! The property was really clean, check in/out process was easy, and the views from the deck were top notch. Chris was super easy to get ahold of and chat with. No issues and would love to stay again!

Another nice visit to Topsail

While we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy this location, we do enjoy Topsail and this unit was fine. Chris, the owner, was on point with communication and we appreciated the hospitality.

Relaxing weekend

The condo was exactly like the pictures, very clean. The WIFI was good and there was a smart TV in the living room and it worked great. The area was quiet and the beach was awesome. Chris communicated all the info we needed quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and clean.

We stay july 4th .2024 And rebook right after for labor day . Beautiful view. Clean place,easy to get up since it 1st floor. Not even 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Great Oceanside condo

Had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. Loved that we were Oceanside with a pool. Just a few minute walk from door to sand. Very quiet location and the condo had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were comfy. Couldn’t ask for more

Relax and unwind

We all relaxed, recharged and made memories. We beached, cooked, laughed, played games, slept late, enjoyed sunrise and sunsets, conversed, re-connected. The condo allowed us to accomplish all of those joys. We hope to return.

Fabulous time!

This condo is amazing. It's better than the photos. The house was clean when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions even on a holiday. I would suggest quests be prepared to bring ALL your paper products and condiments. Overall, my family enjoyed the house tremendously. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and grilling out in the evening. So fun!

Perfect place for a family vacation. The condo is spotless and comfortable. The decor is simple, which works well for our kids, nothing fragile or risky to hide away. This particular condo is only one flight of stairs from the parking lot and there is an elevator nearby. There are ramps from this level down to both the beach and pool. Bring your own beach supplies. There is space to leave them just outside the front door.

Quick getaway

Was able to rent this condo at the last minute for a spontaneous getaway. Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. I loved looking at the ocean and listening to the waves 24/7. The long beach was terrific for daily walks. Very peaceful escape. The only recommendation I have is that the owners should provide soap & shampoo for their guests.

Nice location but needs some updating

The location was perfect. Size of the unit was great and clean. The kitchen was almost impossible to use super outdated, very limited supplies and the dishes were dirty. The patio had no furniture and was dirty. Easy fixes to make this place much nicer.

Family vacation

This was a perfect place for a family beach vacation for my son, his wife, their two daughters (ages almost 4 and 6 months), and my husband and me. They had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space for the 4 of them, and my husband and I had our own space and bathroom. There was plenty of space for all of us in the living and dining areas. It was a very short walk to the beach and the swimming pool (my 4 year old granddaughter LOVED the pool). The sheets and towels provided as part of the rental were VERY much appreciated, since we are all home now and don't have that laundry to do.

Family vacation

Great location on the beach with pool. The sliding door was not usable during our stay so limited outdoor patio time. Could use some updating in kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. Needs newer patio furniture. No outdoor beach chairs or umbrella included but can be rented for a hefty price.
