What a great find! From the commuication with the owner, the location of the condo to the beach and pool, the cleanliness of the unit and attention to details, this condo was the perfect beach retreat. We will definitely stay again!

Our forever spot

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. Scott and Shelly have gone out of their way to make their place a home away from home. You have everything you can possibly need. The next time we stay here, we will be able to leave half of our things at home, because they have already anticipated the need and have it for you. Location? You will not find a better place. Sitting on the porch in one of the six rocking chairs feels like you're sitting on the beach. The ramp to get to the ocean is very close, and you do not have to fight any steps with your beach wagon. Don't have a beach wagon? No worries, they provide one for you! I could go on and on about how awesome this place is and how we will never stay at another place and still not run out of words. We vacationed here three weeks ago, and at least once a day one of my kids asks how much longer until we go back!

We had a wonderful week-long stay. The condo was clean and convenient to both the pool and ocean. The deck is large with great views of the ocean and pool. Scott was an exceptional host who was prompt in answering questions and providing information. The week wasn't long enough, but we can't wait to come back next year!

Fun & Relaxed vacation

Condo was very welcoming and clean. All the comforts of home. The welcoming basket was a plus and we used it all. Location and views were awesome. Beds and linens very nice. Host checked in to make sure everything was okay. Book this one!

Spacious, beautifully decorated and well designed unit in a perfect location. We had an amazing vacation. Host made sure check in/check out were as easy as possible. We had no issues, but I feel sure he would have responded quickly if needed.

Beautiful View

Very nice, comfortable condo with beautiful view of the ocean. Slept with the door wall open to the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing the beach. Excellent communication with owner. The area has a very relaxed vibe prefect for a low key relaxing beach vacation.

Beach Birthday

This condo is the nicest one my husband and I have stayed in using the VRBO app. Pictures don’t do it justice. Its decor is lovely and inviting. You feel at home the moment you walk in. The beds are comfortable, there were tons of pillows, and more than enough towels to accommodate our group. The view is by far THE best feature of the condo, and where we spent most of our time, even when it was chilly outside. The hosts, Scott and Shelly have thought of everything, and are very responsive should you have any questions or need anything. What a great trip! We cannot wait to return.

Great location, comfortable condo

We were really big fans of the location within Ship Watch of this condo and loved its proximity to the water. Everything was clean and seemed new. There wasn’t a ton of extra kitchen supplies but there’s enough to make a good dinner and the coffee maker was great! We weren’t in need of anything while we were there and had a great time. Bring your own amenities like body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent. They had hand soap and dish detergent for us. Check out was easy as well! I’d recommend this condo!

Perfect view and access to the beach

We spend at least 1 summer week in Topsail every year. Typically we stay at a beach front house but this time we stayed at a beach front condo. The views in the pictures provide for the property are accurate. The unit is on the second floor with the pool to your left and the beach right in front. This elevator building is well maintained and fairly well equipped. The 2 charcoal grills at the end of the parking lot near the dumpsters is worth skipping. However, everything else is pretty good. Entering the condo we were greeted with fresh flowers and some chocolates. The owner checked in to make sure everything was okay. Detailed instructions for the internet, parking passes, etc were easy to follow. We cooked every day and found the kitchen well equipped. Bring your own spices, olive oil and other cooking needs. They provide the basics to get you started. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels plentiful and clean. They also provide beach chairs, boggie boards and umbrellas. The beach stuff was in good shape with a couple of items that failed to the weather. The owner said the salt air and wind are tough on these items but the had extras in the storage bin so all was fine. We had brought our own beach stuff just in case. The tap water is drinkable. We are planning on renting this property again.

A perfect vacation

I stayed with my partner and our children for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the condo itself was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Perfect!

The condo had everything we could want for a perfect beah vacation. The location is perfect - right on the ocean, with a beautiful view and the relaxing sound of the waves everywhere. The decor was lovely and perfect for our group - a bright, fun room for our tween; a soft, muted suite for the parents; and a quieter room down the hall for the littles who still need their naps. Scott and Shelly went above and beyond as hosts, checking in the make sure we had everything we needed. They are wonderful hosts with an amazing condo!

Perfect Getaway

Our stay in North Topsail Beach was awesome! We were looking for a place with great view steps from the beach and this condo fit that perfectly. Scott was very welcoming and the communication was great. The condo itself was top notch, comfortable and clean. Only a few miles from the grocery store and all needed necessities, about 20 minutes from Surf City, we enjoyed the beach but also were able to take in some sights! We hope to be back again soon!
