  • This beautiful top floor unit at Villa Capriani has been totally renovated. With 3 new smart TVs , your whole family is sure to find something they love.
    With a balcony that overlooks the complex's multiple pools and the ocean, the evening’s waning light coupled with the sounds of the waterfall below will transport you to a tropical location. Sleeps 8.The condo was redesigned this winter with new paint ,new beds ,new remote ceiling fans in the bedrooms for your comfort, to give you a great homelike experience.
    Sitting on the balcony gives you amazing views during the day and quiet beauty in the evening.
    Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the balcony while dolphins are playing in the surf, or when was the last you saw a squadron of pelicans tipping their wings in the waves. or even a shrimp boat going by catching what might be your dinner for the night.
    It is truly a paradise here and that's why we moved here 21 years ago

The pool, view and beach were great. We had excellent weather so we spent nearly all of our time outside! 3 adults and 2 kids.

Everything we could have wanted for a vacation for 3 adults and an 8 year old. Facility was well staffed and included resort like amenities. Beautiful from the balcony each morning. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We had a great stay. Everything was exactly as pictured. The view of the ocean, pools, and property grounds were stunning. Tony was responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking. We’ve stayed at two other units within Villa Capriani before, and all were good. But this is our new favorite. We hope to return!

Our host Tony was excellent with communication. The place has amazing views. Love the pools and hot tub. Right on the beach! Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Love the linen service. Would stay here again.

Best view from balcony. Weather was not the best but The Splash by the Sea on-site restaurant was our place to go. We ate there multiple times during our visit and went to their bar too. Beautiful grounds and amenities! We will be back!

Nice view and right on the beach. Linens were not there, but property manager was very helpful and responded immediately. Biggest complaint was that there was an opening in the roof where the birds entered at night. The birds would wake us very early each morning as they walked around in the ceiling and with their birdsong!

Amazing time! The resort is beautiful as is the views! The condo was more than expected and very clean. As a military family, we enjoy our family vacation here. A little bit for everyone in the family from the beach, to the multiple pools, and hot tubs. I highly recommend this resort and this specific condo!

Perfect Getaway

The unit has been updated since our last stay. New bunk bed for the kids, new fridge, microwave, tv etc. We have stayed here a couple times and our always satisfied. The view is great and Tony is easy to work with.

Great Vacation

The condo itself was well kept and Tony was very responsive with any questions or issues we had. The property overall is clean and the pool is awesome.
