Peaceful beachfront

This is a wonderful property! One issue for us was privacy. The ocean front deck is shared with another unit, which is great if they are your group. You literally had to slide your feet in so the renters nextdoor could get by. Not what we expected. And PLEASE review that sleeper sofa. It is more comfortable to sit on the floor and the rug was filthy. Please clean them both. Everything else was spit on and beautiful!could get by to use the stairs

Girls Weekend

The property was beautiful and absolutely perfect for a girl's weekend to celebrate my sister getting married this October! Being able to just take steps to the ocean made for spectacular views and convenient beach days! The property was clean and just as pictured. Would love to come back with family and friends!

This is a wonderful beautiful property! Location is perfect. Our townhouse was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Steps to the beach! The pool and hot tubs were a nice addition as well. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Peaceful, Beautiful

Unit well stocked for our needs. Clean, comfy beds, quality furnishings. I do wish master bath had a safety bar in it or grippers on the floor. Loved having the elevator. The security alarm system, in a locked closet on master floor, faulted and started beeping every 10 seconds at 3 am which ruined my sleep that night. The rental company had someone there by 9 am to remedy this. Otherwise, we loved it.

Thanksgiving

The stay was great. The problem we had was no privacy. Guests staying adjacent, shared our decks, and had kids that would stare in our sliding glass door. Pretty uncomfortable. Also the dishwasher didn’t clean very well, and couldn’t be opened the same time as the fridge. The WiFi bufferd often. We used our personal accounts to watch TV, but would often change to other users. We would sometime get local channels, and other times had to log in to each local channel individually. Other than that, check in was flawless, and the manager was fantastic. We probably won’t stay there again b/c of the privacy issue, but all and all had a great time.

Long birthday weekend

Our second stay here. Great property, quiet location we had the beach to ourselves most days. Only a few minutes to Splash by the Sea for dinner. Host was very responsive, we will definitely stay here again!

Bliss at the beach

Phenomenal!!

My family stayed here for our annual fall beach trip after the rental we normally book wasn’t available. This place definitely takes the new top spot! Best beach house ever! The entire process was super easy from check in to check out, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and you can’t beat the location and view. My 8yo twins loved the built in bunk beds and pool and our 2 dogs even had a great time. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Perfect beach house!

This may be the perfect beach house! Plenty of room for our family & having the hot tub, pool & beach made sure no one was bored. The beds were comfortable & they also provided beach towels. The elevator was super helpful in getting luggage & groceries upstairs. Thanks for a great weekend!

Excellent Vacation Rental

We loved our stay! House met all our needs and more. On a great part of the beach with fantastic views. Beach walks were fun. Unit is very sound proof. Elevator is a major plus. Prashant was a wonderful manager, accomodating early check in, two extra nights (on front end) at a reduced rate and was attentive throughout. We hope to stay here again.

Great Location!

Hidden paradise!

My family and I loved this beautiful home and the privacy of the beach!! Our kids could play freely and enjoy all that it had to offer without us having to worry about the typical beach party crowds. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem soon.

The Perfect Family Retreat

The perfect location for spring break as a family! The house was clean, bath linens were plush, and beds were uber comfortable. It had everything we needed (including games, coffee, Roku etc.) AND wanted to feel at home. It was perfectly appointed away from the hustle and bustle of spring break crowds but close to local coffee shops, restaurants, etc. and a quick car ride to Wilmington. My boys loved having the ocean/beach as their backyard and spent a ton of time in the heated pool. We can’t wait to stay here again!
