We love the short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect after the hot days on the beach. We love that the property is dog friendly too. We hope to be back next year!

Everything about this property is outstanding and fabulously appointed. If you are thinking about it- book it! You will not be disappointed. Everyone who joined us love it and were blown away by the views.

Great beach house

House is as nice as pictured. The pool was wonderful! Cruiser bikes were nice! We liked the comfy furniture, ample seating for meals as well as silverware and plates. We did not need the elevator but it was a convenient way to get groceries from the car to the kitchen.

True paradise

We enjoyed are stay! We loved everything about this house! The house was new and clean! The location could have not been any more perfect! Just a few steps to the beach which allowed us to come back and forth from beach so easily! Loved the elevator! So nice to have to load and unload the bags! I would totally recommend! Hoping to be back soon!

The process with the booking was easy and we would use them again. Location was great, it was like having private beach everyday. Beds, furniture and linens were extremely comfortable, this house didn't feel like an rental unit it felt like you were staying at your friends house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home at a great location! Everything was great! We had a great time and enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen (that had everything we needed) and eating together at the large dining table. The beach was close and easily accessed and the area is clean and quiet. We felt comfortable leaving our things at the beach while we went back to the house to eat lunch each day. The pool is nice although I do recommend paying to get it heated if it’s not warm weather. Our only small complaint is the coffee maker didn’t always work correctly. We enjoyed taking the bikes out a couple of times to explore the island. It is a wonderful home to stay at and enjoy some time at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has everything you could need and more. Beautifully maintained and extremely clean. Amazing views from every floor. Owners definitely thought out every little detail for this house. I would definitely recommend this place! My only suggestion to future renters is do not pay the fee to heat the pool. Not worth the cost at all. Listing stated it would heat to 10 degrees warmer than the outside forecasted low. I am a pool owner, I promise.... it did not. If I had a pool thermometer, I could have proved it.

The only thing that was a minor hiccup in our stay was the AC on the top floor quit working so the top floor became uncomfortable at times. The HVAC co was called and they conducted a temp fix, that only lasted 2 days. The home owner bought a portable AC to help the heat on the last days of our stay.

We found the house very clean, the kitchen well stocked, loved the pool and the yard space out back for the dogs was great. The elevator was a definite bonus. We have been renting on Topsail for many years now and have to say this was our favorite rental to date. The walk to the beach was short and the beach area was not busy at all.We hope to book again for next year!

Plenty of furnishings and wall art makes it very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped to serve 12 or more with everything you need to entertain. You want get a better view and the beaches are pristine. I would recommend booking this vacation house- that owners and management group makes you feel at home.

The location was great with easy beach access and plenty of space on the beach for everyone. The kayaks at the home were convenient with easy access to the bay one block away. The owners took a lot of pride in the amenities from cooking utensils, a dog crate, pack-n-plays as well as a highchair for families with small children. We also loved the deck furniture, which made for a relaxing evening after spending a day at the beach. You can tell by the decor and home furnishings that the owners knew what is needed in a beach house for guests to feel at home.
