We enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location, about 10 minutes from Surf City and 2nd row from the beach. There was a hose outside that came in handy to give my dog a bath. Although, the shower outside did not work for us, which wasn’t a big deal because the cold water helped with the heat, instead we used the hose for after the beach visits. Note that they do charge a linen fee! The front lawn wasn’t cut which lead to a few family members stepping on small cactus’s. Luckily our dog didn’t step on them. We also felt that communication with the property manager could’ve been better, as it led up to a lot of confusion, weeks prior to check-in. We called them and were able to straighten everything out. During our second day, we swept and found grey curly old hair/dog hair behind the bedroom doors. They did have boogie boards and beach chairs which came in handy. Overall, a decent vacation stay for the weekend.
