Una pintoresca casa de playa asequible te espera para tus próximas vacaciones en la playa. Pickle Palms tiene una vista despejada del océano a través de una calle muy privada, casi transitada, (Topsail Rd.) Mirando el reluciente Océano Atlántico. Ubicada en North Topsail Beach, esta casa bien equipada tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Disfrute de la brisa marina desde las mecedoras en la cubierta cubierta. El acceso a la playa está al otro lado de la carretera, a pocos pasos de la arena y el surf.

Esta casa es de un nivel. Cuando entras por las puertas francesas, entras en la cocina abierta, el comedor y la sala de estar. What a great little house perfect size for two couples. Great great great location.. Bob was very easy to communicate with. He did a great job. He even had to come back after we checked in because the cleanup crew left the top of the oven dirty there was also dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the clothes dryer, those things were not a problem. We will stay there many more times. thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

A charming house in a quiet, peaceful area. Spectacular view of the shoreline.Ample supplies and linens were provided.The host was more than accommodating and quickly addressed any concerns. Such an enjoyable stay. We are planning on returning for future vacays to north topsail beach.

Fantastic beachfront property!

We had a fantastic week at this cozy beachfront house! The house is very well equipped with everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the front porch. The communication with Bob the Property Manager was easy and he responded quickly to the few minor issues we had during our stay. The house is just a few steps from the beach and there were beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Topsail is a pretty quiet community. Surf City (few miles drive to the south) is more crowded with a few restaurants which were all very crowded during high season. On an overcast and rainy afternoon, we drove into Wilmington (about an hour) to enjoy the waterfront and have dinner. I'd highly recommend this house to a family or small group!

Our stay was so relaxing. The view and front porch allowed for beautiful, quiet moments of relaxation. The house was very comfortable and totally as described. Definitely would stay again. Very responsive communication back and forth from property manager.

Beautiful home with an amazing view!

The house was just perfect for our family beach trip this year. The house is small, but wonderfully setup. There were only 3 of us, so we had plenty of space. The views were amazing and the access to the beach was so close. We also loved the quiet neighborhood which was great for bike riding. The front porch was fantastic with great deck furniture, and the owner provided sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. I also loved that they provided their own linens and the beds were made when we arrived. The beds were also the most comfortable ones that we have had on vacation. We will definitely return if we come back with a small group again. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Spot!

Our stay at The Palms was one of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The fact that it's a spacious lot with plenty of outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy both the upper deck, as well as the covered area below. This fit our outside needs and made us feel comfortable inside and outside of the house. The inside of the house is cozy and upgraded with new appliances, flooring and deck. We had plenty of room throughout the house, and the decorations in the house really gave you the "beach lifestyle. The convenience of being about 100 feet from the beach just made this rental the perfect place to stay. It is also away from the "hustle and bustle" of the island, but close enough to all of the restaurants and shops available on Topsail. We have been visiting Topsail about twice a year for the last six years, and this is the best vacation rental so far.

Perfect.....................

This beachhouse was perfect for us. It was easy to find, check in with the manager, Bob, was very easy. The house was very clean. The outside deck was perfect for morning sunrises, and afternoon relaxing with a glass/cup of whatever!!! It was only 65 steps from the bottom of the house stairway to the bottom step of the beach access..............so even when sitting on the deck we felt like we were right on the beach close to the water. It was so easy to get out on Rt. 210 to go into Surf City to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be returning to this Perfect beachhouse!!!!

What a View!!

This home is truly an amazing property. Unobstructed direct ocean views and a front porch that looks directly onto the ocean is perfect for rainy days, sundowners and post-beach relaxation. My family loved staying in this home. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen area and common areas are perfect to reconnect with your family, and the proximity to the beach is exactly what we came for. A cute and modern home newly renovated, a quiet family neighborhood and unmatchable views. This house was perfect.

Wonderful House for a small family

The property is perfect for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children. It’s well appointed, in wonderful condition and in a great location. We can not fault the property. The property manager, Bob, was excellent. He checked us in and was responsive to any questions or issues we had during our stay. We recommend this property for 2 adults and up to 3 children.

Heaven on Earth

We loved the location of the house. To be able to sit on the covered porch and enjoy the ocean anytime of the day was great. Even eating diner on the surfboard with the breeze and ocean waves was perfect. The house was furnished with everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach toys, boogie boards etc. The beds were very comfortable with some sort of memory foam mattress. The open layout was perfect. The location was just right with produce stand across the street ( you had my wife right there!) with grocery and restaurants (although few which is ok)within 10 minutes. Beach was not crowded at all with tons of space around us. Finally the beach was fantastic - wide, easy access, warm with fun waves. 5-star

Great week!

This was the perfect house for our family of three, and the location was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the covered front porch, enjoying the amazing view. The beach in front of the house was not crowded and easily accessed by crossing a road that rarely had a car on it. The property manager was responsive and the property itself was great. We would certainly look forward to staying again!

Best Front Porch View!

The property was in a perfect location! It was the same as ocean front property and convenient to stores and restaurants. Also had all of the amenities needed. Bob the property manager was the best. So helpful at check-in and with any other questions we may have had. We highly recommend this property.
