Este lado norte espacioso y bellamente decorado de un dúplex ofrece múltiples terrazas y porches con excelentes vistas al océano. Las comodidades personalizadas, como el ascensor y la bañera de hidromasaje, lo ayudarán a relajarse en un "estado mental de vacaciones".

Las comodidades destacadas son aire acondicionado / calefacción central, TV por cable de 6 colores, reproductor de DVD, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, estéreo / reproductor de CD, lavaplatos, microondas, 2 lavadoras / secadoras, bañera de hidromasaje para 2 personas, teléfono, ventiladores de techo, ascensor, calefacción cerrada / ducha exterior fría, bañera de hidromasaje, parrilla de gas, cochera con entrada de clima húmedo, 2 terrazas y 2 porches cubiertos con muebles.

ACCESO DIRECTO A LA PLAYA - El acceso a la pasarela / playa no está conectado a la casa debido a un gran patio trasero.

La bañera de hidromasaje se calienta del 1 de abril al 30 de septiembre. En todos los demás momentos, hay una tarifa de activación de $ 75.

Tarifa no reembolsable de $ 150 por perro: el número máximo permitido es 2.  Lo sentimos, no se permiten gatos.

Esta casa de vacaciones se encuentra aproximadamente a 6 millas al norte del semáforo de Surf City en North Topsail Beach, en el extremo norte de la isla Topsail. ¡Te encantará la paz y la tranquilidad aquí! Visite el muelle de Sea View o maneje hasta la cercana Surf City o Snead’s Ferry (justo al lado de la isla) para visitar restaurantes y tiendas. Such a beautiful beach with flat sand and warm water. Loved our first visit to Topsail and the home was perfect for our family.

Great girls weekend

We stay in North Topsail every year, for 16 years now. A long weekend for a group of 8 of us. This house was as clean as any we've ever stayed at. It was a little on the small, cozy size, but was big enough for the 8 of us. If every room was just 10-20% larger, this would be absolutely be the house we'd come to again and again. The one thing I'd say, is that 3 total wine glasses are definitely not enough for a house that sleeps so many. Having a 2nd frig downstairs was a definite plus!!

Toes In The Water Crew

The house was awesome and we had plenty of room for our family of 13. However, it was not very clean! The kitchen was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I called Ward Realty to inform them as soon as we arrived and they did send someone over to clean it immediately. Joileen cleaned her little heart out, to make us more comfortable. Also, the information said that sand toys, beach umbrellas and beach chairs were provided. The toys, umbrellas and chairs were either broken, or very old and minimal. I feel like if you rent a BEACH house for 13 people - there should be 13 beach chairs that are in working condition - not 2.

Great family vacation

Rooms were a little small, but since there was not much time spent in the bedrooms, it was ok. Greatly appreciated the elevator. Beautiful clean beach with easy access.

Great house

The house is awesome. It could use an upgrade on the living area TV. The downstairs mattresses, all of them, need replacement. Check out is entirely too early!!!! It should be 1130 at the earliest. Having to get up and scramble to check out on time was not a good look.

Perfect Oceantfront Location

Beautiful oceanfront home in a less busy area of Topsail beach. perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. Bathrooms with every bedroom and an elevator that works quite smoothly for an added level of convenience. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our week, but

It was not a bad house, just really different. The top deck was not attached to the walkway to the beach or the second deck. So you either had to go to the first floor to get to the walkway or walk through one of the two bedrooms. Don't get me wrong, we had a great week, just not something we were accustom to.

Great space for a family gathering!

Beautiful Christmas view from this oceanfront home. Chris was great to work with from start to finish. My group of 12 were very comfortable, good dining space, bathroom and TVs to spare and enough balconies to give everyone their own private view of the sunset. We will definitely return to Topsail. Thank you Chris!

Fantastic Vacation Home

My family stayed at Raindrops on Roses for my mother's 80th birthday week. We had a fantastic time! This property was just what we were looking for. Each bedroom has it's own full bath along with a half bath on the 3rd floor. The elevator was great help for mom being able to access all parts of the house. The new walkway that was built for the 2016 season was a great help getting mom to the beach and she loved it! And the view can't be beat! The property was very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. If you are a pillow snob like myself, I would suggest bringing your own. We used the linen service for towels and sheets. They were good and not too scratchy like some rental linens can be. The owner and rental agents were all very friendly. We plan to return each year for mom's birthday for as long as she is able to travel.

Raindrops on Roses

My family stayed here for our annual beach vacation and were very pleased. My mom is 102 years old and had no problem using a walker and wheel chair. Having a bath for each bedroom was a big plus also. Also, the elevator came in handy with luggage and groceries. We had a small problem but the owner went over and above helping us get it fixed. The only improvement would be adding a swimming pool. We do plan to stay here again next year.

Great property

Spent week at Raindrop on Roses with a total of nine of us, 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils etc. Room with bunk beds was great for teenagers. Spent most of time at beach or on balcony watching the ocean. We will definitely return for another visit!

Most beautiful family vacation ever! Best stocked kitchen in a rental I ever saw. Loved it so much we did not go anywhere but the beach! Totally disconnected from the rest of the world. We all LOVED it and there was 11 of us from ages 58 to 9 months!

Wonderful Family Reunion

Our extended family of 12, ages 5 to 87, all enjoyed the time at this house so much! The beach was beautiful from the decks or from the sand, lots of birds to watch too. The house was family friendly - from the bath for each bedroom to the well-equipped kitchen. The elevator helped especially in loading and unloading and getting the older folks up and down.

Early May Paradise

My wife and I were accompanied by her two brothers & their wives, her sister, grandma and one niece all from out of state for three days of relaxation and experiencing the beach. We got what we were looking for and more. We were greeted by an elevator as soon as we walked through the ground level front door which was perfect for easy transport of suitcases, coolers, groceries & grandma to the 2nd and 3rd levels. The remainder of the dwelling was sparkling clean and very welcoming. Everyone had their own rooms & bathrooms, so there was privacy with the feeling of still being all together. Bedroom balconies galore & a communal balcony on the third floor complete with a hot tub and ocean view. Did I mention the ocean? The ocean & the beach were easily accessible and just on the other side of the sand dune with a nice easy dune walkover 60 feet from the condo. The dwelling is modern, beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of parking underneath and on the driveway pad. Internet access was easy and the signal was always strong. Televisions seemed to be in every room with the exception of the bathrooms & hallways! Restaurants were conveniently located in nearby Topsail & Surf City and there were a variety of choices of cuisine as well as choices of bars. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here to our families, friends and acquaintances. We will come again!

Raindrops on Roses

My Family and I stayed at "Raindrops on Roses" in June 2013. We very much enjoyed the house and the 5 bedroom 5 bath feature with the elevator worked very well for us. The Hot Tub overlooking the beach was an added bonus that was a big "hit" with the Family! This is a pet friendly unit so our "Yorkie" was welcome as a family member as well. We had a concern renting a duplex unit as we had never done this before, but the sound proofing and privacy methods used here worked very well, in fact we are renting the same unit again this year.
