“We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings...

“We really enjoyed our stay at this renovated condo. It does look like the pictures you see online and it is very easy to communicate with the hosts should the need arise. Basic supplies located in the kitchen came in handy for fixing our own meals too. “Unit well stocked for our needs. Clean, comfy beds, quality furnishings. I do wish master bath had a safety bar in it or grippers on the floor. Loved having the elevator. The security alarm system, in a locked closet on master floor, faulted and started beeping every 10 seconds at 3 am which ruined my sleep that night. The rental company had someone there by 9 am to remedy this. Otherwise, we loved it.”

When I first booked they approved my trip, then a week later responded that I would need to vacate the day after arrival because the owner wanted it for that same time. Although the high tide limits your time on the beach you can go to a public beach access or go further south in the Topsail Dunes Condo area to access the beach.”

“My husband and I brought our two mini schnauzers with us on vacation to this perfect place!!! We were so comfortable at the Scooby Shack with our girls!! It was very peaceful and this beautiful place literally had everything we needed! Communication with the host was always great, and we no issues whatsoever with our stay!! We truly had the best vacation here and are so thankful to have found this place!! The walk to the beach was an easy 3-4 minute walk, and we so appreciated the chairs there...

“This was a great spot for a couples getaway. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony. This end of the island is suffering from erosion, so getting to the beach was a little walk but easy enough to navigate. Contactless entry was smooth sailing.
