“Muy buen hotel. Tienen servicio de recogida del aeropuerto las 24 horas con coste pero merece la pena contratarlo. El desayuno también es muy bueno.
Lo negativo es que huele a humedad muchísimo. ”
“One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners.
Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay.

Tienen un bue restaurante y un pequeño lobby bar aunque con unos precios excesivos (1 cerveza 10€).
El entorno es de bullicio típico de una enorme ciudad como Bombay aunque desde las habitaciones no se percibe absolutamente nada.
Hay restaurantes cercanos tipo SPORTS BAR, en ningún lugar está permitido fumar.

“As mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. As this was our first stay, we got complimentary airport pickup, they were very kind to give us fresh fruits , biscuits and the soft drinks in the mini fridge were also complimentary.. there were lots of free water bottles and all this was much appreciated. We really felt that we were well taken care of.

“Picked tu is hotel for an overnight stay since it was near the airport, its located in a not so great neighbourhood but they have security at the gate so you should feel safe inside at least until certain time of the early morning when the security leaves
Anyway, nothing special about the room or service. This was an average hotel with an average service.

"10/10 service cant say enough about the staff aa a whole- from housekeeping to room service to concierge. Have stayed at many hotels in India (some much more expensive) and Novotel tops them all by far. Property conditions are excellent, wifi is great, food, everything is very well done here.
