“This was the best VRBO I have stayed in. My friend and I like to play board games with natural light and pretty views and this property delivered. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the best I’ve ever rented. We hope to visit again this summer to utilize the dock and kayaks. ”

“Check in time is 4 pm. When we arrived at 4:05pm, the cleaning lady was still there. Well, they missed the mark on cleaning. The refrigerator was filthy inside. The first thing we did was clean the refrigerator. There were spider webs in the downstairs bedroom that had to be removed. When we went to cook breakfast the first morning, several of the dishes we pulled from the cabinets has to be washed. “Overall stay at this location was fantastic! Property was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bed was very comfortable! Very cozy and inviting home. Location was great, as it was an easy walk to some great restaurants and an easy drive to downtown activities, as well as to Lookout Mountain and other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend staying at this location!!”

“Southern hospitality at its best! From the snack basket (which was quickly eaten) to the clean and comfortable beds, the entire experience was focused with guests’ comfort in mind. Highly recommend this peaceful place in the rolling hills of Dayton. No water when we were there, but would imagine it would be great fishing off the dock.”

“The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell.
