Great location with exceptional views

We booked this condo for friends to stay the weekend of our daughters wedding. We were quite pleased with everything. The condo was comfortable, clean and the view of the ocean and race track was incredible. We will definitely rent here again when family comes to town. Thank you.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here for just over a week and it was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. Easy access to great food, beaches, the railway, San Diego, the fair (and horse track) and anything else that you might want to do in the area. We HIGHLY recommend and will be back.

Del Mar with a view!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway to San Diego! The location is great for the fairgrounds and horse track as well as being able to walk to the beach was amazing! The host does a great job of communicating with you. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Ocean View

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I loved the panoramic view of the ocean. Solana. Beach and close by Del Mar are beautiful beach towns. The place is well kept and clean. A feature that I appreciated is having a garage in which to park my car. Anne is an exemplary host. She is easy to communicate with and will promptly respond to messages. I would definitely stay there again.

Trip to Solana Beach

My wife and I stayed in Anne's house for the Thanksgiving holiday with our two kids, both under three years old. The house was kid friendly, very clean, and the perfect spot for us to stay!

Therapy at Dog Beach

The property was fantastic. Two items that could use attention, top sheet on the bed had a rip in it and the plug in air fresheners gave the house an unnatural scent, also a bit more attention to detail in the towel linen area. We loved looking out and seeing the ocean!!! Dog beach was amazing. We sat and watched all the dogs play, it was like being at a broadway show/sitcom. We would definitely stay at this property again

Perfect Condo for Del Mar Races and Access to Local Amenities

The primary purpose of our trip was to attend a couple of days of racing at Del Mar. We had a clear view of the track and enjoying watching the workouts each morning. Even though the home is above a very busy street, we just kept the patio door closed and we heard no road noise. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Really appreciated having a garage for our car. Communication with Anne was very easy and we had no trouble with either check-in or check-out. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Ideal family vacation

Great location with close proximity to beaches, restaurants and all the kid attractions. We did Legoland, Sesame Place, San Diego Zoo and a SEAL tour from Seaport Village and this home provided the perfect kid-friendly home base for adventuring. The house was fully equipped with everything we could need and was even more spacious than the pictures show. We look forward to staying here again!

Great North County coastal location

Great North County SD coastal location! Quick access to the 101 coast highway and the I-5 freeway. We love the small town coastal vibe of Del Mar & Solana Beach and this condo is located right in between the two. Pictures on-line are an accurate representation of the space. Lots of windows and a view of the ocean. Beds were all very comfortable and showers had amazing water pressure (a small but important detail for women!). The two car garage was convenient for the road bikes we rented as most condos here have only a car port. Anne was always quick to respond via text to any questions we had. My husband would say the only downside was the traffic noise while sitting on the deck, but that can be hard to avoid in such a desirable coastal area.
