This property is the perfect unit to call home away from home. It has abundant natural light, a fully loaded kitchen for cooking, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Disney+, and Hulu, and high speed internet. Master bedroom includes king size bed, desk, two closets, large, en suite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom includes bunk bed-twin over full (crib also available). The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pool access and pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys! During race season, watch the horses from the comfort of the patio.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, including the private garage with one parking spot. Please note that guests will not have access to mailbox. If you are a longer stay, you will need to open a local P.O. Box for mail to be forwarded.
