“Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.”

“The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. “The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. “A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor.”
