“We over all had a great stay. The apartment was clean and exactly what the pictures look like online and Eche was very good and easy to communicate with. There was easy access to the subway to get to New York City. I recommend if staying with children not to take the subway at night and not walk the area at night either. We took a Lyft at night and the subway during the day. Was a great trip for our first time to New York with the family. ”

“It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The handle got super hot, so we needed to use a cloth to adjust it or turn it off. I alerted the property manager about it. There are a few run down spots on the floor which...

“When I arrived there was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I was able to call the host and he was able to remedy the situation very quickly. The location is great and central to everything! The building is well kept, quiet, and I felt safe. ”
