The Perfect Rental Home
This substantial and well-furnished home in South Lake Tahoe proved to be the perfect rental for my family. My wife and I hosted our three boys, their wives, and seven grandkids for Christmas week. Fifteen of us under one roof and the house was better than amazing.
The house is designed on multi-levels. The third level is where the great living room, excellent kitchen, and laundry machines are located. We were able to seat all of us comfortably at the dining table for our Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners. The house was sparkling clean. It came with a stocked kitchen of utensils, paper products, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, towels, linens, etc. etc. etc. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The movie room kept the kids occupied for hours when they were not skiing. And the hot tub, as well as the sauna, was enjoyed by all after a day on the slopes.
The house is well located. It was just a five-minute walk to the ski slopes. It is possible to walk to town, but we always opted to drive. We had one small issue in working the TV in the living room, and Mark responded immediately with the solution. Everything in the house was in good working order, and I cannot begin to express how much everyone enjoyed our Christmas Holiday.
This house is not inexpensive. However, we felt that it was worth every penny. For my family and me, this was the perfect house to rent.
