This home cannot host more than 8 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

There is room for the whole family in the bedroom configuration. Bedroom 1, the Master, is upstairs with a king bed and a spacious master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual vanity. Bedroom 2 is downstairs with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds — a total of 4 beds in this ideal kids' room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are downstairs, each with a queen bed, sitting chairs, and dressers. Additional sleeping is available on the futon in the downstairs living room.

Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
