COMFORTABLE HOME NEAR THE LAKE AND SKIING

  • Estamos convenientemente ubicados a pocas cuadras del lago, a solo 2 millas de los Casinos y Heavenly Ski Resort.

    La casa es acogedora y cálida en invierno, con calefacción central de aire forzado y un hogar completo, chimenea de leña.

    En el verano, el patio trasero grande y cercado incluye un área de patio con mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre, asador y parrillas de herradura.

    Estamos a poca distancia de la playa estatal de Regan y de la playa El Dorado (ver mapa), ambas tienen acceso público. El acceso al lanzamiento público de botes también está disponible en la playa El Dorado en la avenida Harrison.

    Nuestra propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento a nivel de calle en un camino pavimentado, con espacio para dos vehículos.

    El centro de transporte público está a 1 1/2 cuadras de nuestra casa en la carretera principal, South Lake Tahoe Blvd, frente a la oficina de VISITOR CENTER. La oficina de VISITOR CENTER ofrece información de viajes, mapas, folletos y cupones de viaje gratuitos a las atracciones locales y restaurantes.

    Hay varios restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de licores y una tienda de alquiler de bicicletas a solo una cuadra y media de la carretera principal. Todos están a poca distancia.

    Los casinos en Stateline, NV, están a solo 2 millas de distancia.

    También en Stateline es uno de los mejores campos de golf de América, EDGEWOOD TAHOE, sede del Torneo Celb-Am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s property. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the noise of the main town. It’s blocks from the lake. Perfect for small families or couples. Michael is a great host! We will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Tahoe rental! The home was incredibly cozy and truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was very clean and well cared for, and the communication with the owner was excellent throughout the entire process.The location was also extremely convenient — close to the lake, restaurants, and other businesses, while still feeling relaxing and comfortable. It was also close enough to Stateline to enjoy evening entertainment without a long drive. Overall, this rental was a great value and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place and great location if you want to be close enough many things without being in the mix down at Stateline. We didn't cook much but for what we did cook the kitchen was stocked more than enough. The beds and rooms were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Michael was very welcoming and available whenever you needed him. The place is so homey and comfortable, it was great to be able to unwind after long days of skiing. We uilized the kitchen (everything you could ask for) and the washer and dryer were indispensable. The location is amazing, nice and quiet, but very close to everything you need. Would happily stay here again.

Super location and access to all of South Lake Tahoe!

Very charming little home. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Great restaurants and public beaches within walking distance. Good place to go year round! Very attentive host/owner.

Great Place in South Lake Tahoe

We had a great time staying in this 2BR house in South Lake Tahoe. Awesome location, within walking distance to beach restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host.

Excellent place for family

The location was perfect. Host is easily reachable. Very well behaved. The home was awesome. In future when we will go to Tahoe we will definitely stay in this property.

Very cozy house in a convenient location.

Owner is very helpful in communicating guidelines and features of the house. It was very cozy and comfortable for my family.
