Absolutely brilliant design of the house. The views were spectacular. This place is made for a groups of 8-12 people. I always love places that are family owned vs investor owned. They are so much more taken care of. Well stocked with spices and cookware. Plenty of bathrooms and a awesome steam shower in the master bedroom (mine). The internet was a little spotty, who cares as this was just the Universe telling us to be more present. Great location, 45 min Kirkwood (best ski area I ever skied) 10 minutes to Heavenly and an hour to Northstar. I could write a book on how great this place this is and what a great time we had. Thank you so much for letting us use your well cared for vacation house. A

The house is beautiful, so spacious, clean & has everything you’ll need for a great stay with a big group! The view from the house is also breathtaking. Our family had the best time & would definitely recommend!

Overall this was a great property for our large group of 13. The upstairs kitchen / dining / communal area offered stunnning views of the mountains and was an idea space for everyone to congregate to eat, watch tv, play games, read and visit.There were a few maintenance issues (availability of hot water for showers, malfunctioning second dishwasher, inoperable second clothes dryer, challenges moderating thermostats consistently throughout the house), and given the holiday, we were unable to resolve them during our stay. However, the responsiveness of the property manager was very good though.

Heavenly Vista was a such a gorgeous place. We stayed here for a snowboarding weekend with a group of 15 people and 1 dog and spent most of our time in the extra large living room/kitchen area while in the home. The round table in the living room was great for game night, and the long dining table was nice as we were able to seat 15 people comfortably for meals. The hosts were friendly and helpful when we reached out. We would 100% recommend this place for large groups and will look to staying here again!

The house was perfect for hosting my family for my son's wedding in Tahoe. It has everything we needed, including an ironing board. The kitchen is stocked. The views were impressive and enjoyed by all.

We stayed with 15 adults and our pups and had a great time! The massive windows overseeing Lake Tahoe and the mountains truly made our stay and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets there. Our group could not peel ourselves away from the view each day. The house was HUGE and there was plenty of space for everyone! 3 kitchens, a ton of bedrooms, even 2 different living room spaces that were big as well. 10 minutes from the main South Lake Tahoe / Heavenly buzz. Amazing stay and could not have asked for much more. Will say that we were a little confused on check in day since there weren't instructions received until we reached out, but that was really the only thing I could think of for feedback. Alex and Susan were very accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout the weekend that we were there. Thank you!

Amazing Property

Would stay again

We had adults, children, infant and a dog and we never felt crowded. Roomy, comfortable, hot but with the room air conditioning unit and fans it was tolerable. The home is close to bike/hike/running trails, fishing, and beaches. Parking up the steep driveway took skill but there was space enough for 4 SUVs Susan our representative was great. All issues were resolved.

wonderful property second time around

great house for multiple families with young-ish children. lots of room to play and the kitchen/dining areas were sufficiently large for home prepared meals. only issue that we encountered was a near-broken hook in the master bathroom on the second floor, and the unfortunate issue that occurred nightly where the hot water ran out after a few kids' showers. wonderful place and great location.

A1 experience

Everything was wonderful. The house was spacious. It was fully equipped. The location was amazing. If you are looking for a nature type of vibe but yet comfortable, this is the place. Susan was incredible. Sonya was the sweetest as well. Any issue or question we had, Susan was extremely fast with responding. We didn’t come across any real issue truthfully. I would say going up on the driveway is a bit on the narrow side for SUVs. I also loved that the check out details are brief and easy. We mainly were only expected to take out the trash which I find more than fair. Everything was smooth! The only thing I can leave as a suggestion is to make sure the covers of the two rollaways are washed after every booking. We had to wash one of them because it was obvious it wasn’t washed. And depending on your preference, the wifi isn’t all great throughout the house in case you actually need it for work but it’s a huge home and you’re in Lake Tahoe. Disconnecting from the online world for a few days doesn’t hurt :) However, if you need a good connection to wifi for work, zoom call, etc, the third floor by the big window is the right spot! Works perfect! And such amazing views!

Great for a large group!!

Had a large group (16 people) stay for a long weekend and we all had a blast. The house is amazing! The view from the top floor is fantastic and there is so much space. It was very clean and easy to check in/out. On top of all that, it is very close to town! Ubers arrive usually within 10 minutes to take people into town and it is about a 10 minute drive to almost everything. Highly recommend!!

Tahoe 2023

Great location off Pioneer Trail with a fabulous view of the Lake. Check in was without issue. Clean and spacious. HOT water appreciated! Plenty of bath and beach towels. Great kitchen and large dining table worked well for us. The AC unit was also much appreciated. Beach chairs and cooler was a plus! One issue. At time of booking in Aug 2022, this property claimed a shower in the upper level powder room totaling 5 showers. Upon check in, no shower existed in the powder room. Property contact Susan was messaged and was unaware of the listing inaccuracy and wanted proof of discrepancy. Listing error was pointed out to Susan and no further communication was received from Susan thereafter however the listing was eventually corrected. The lack of an explanation or response from Susan about the listing error was unprofessional and contrary to the “hospitality”dynamic. A simple apology for the error would have sufficed however it seems incredulous that this listing error would have gone unnoticed for a years time. As well, the decision to book this property claiming 5 showers may have been influenced if the correct number of showers was known. The lack of the 5th shower was not a deal breaker however the lack of any further communication from Susan about the situation was unfortunate.
