The floors in the living room are heated, so you'll stay extra comfy in winter. There's plenty of seating among the couches, and the table between them makes for a great space to play board games with friends and family. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher. Throughout the home you can enjoy HDTVs with cable and free WiFi.

• Lakeland Village amenities: two pools, including a year-round heated pool and a seasonal lakeside pool, plus a seasonal wading pool, two shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, private beach and pier, lakeside fire pits, seasonal BBQs, and boat buoys (first-come, first-served). The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only.

Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance of Safeway, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. Boat, SUP, and kayak rentals are within walking distance in the summer, and on-site ski and snowboard rental is available in the winter. Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

IMPORTANT: This home is not available through the on-site property management and does not include access to the maid service, shuttle van, or towel service. Linens and towels are provided in the home.
